Street Paving Machine On Grand Avenue in Oakland As I was Vlogging about the Grand Avenue Street Repaving Project, along came this giant street paving machine! What it does is lay the asphalt flat and provides compaction before pressed by the roller. Pretty cool stuff. Stay tuned!
